Against Giants Labor Advocates hosted Congresswoman Jennifer McClellan at Richmond International Airport on March 11, 2026, as she met with TSA officers to hear firsthand about the impact of the DHS shutdown. The visit was McClellan's second to RIC during the FY2026 funding lapse, reflecting an ongoing commitment to staying directly connected to the workforce.
The turnout was strong. TSA officers showed up, spoke up, and made their voices heard. AG Co-Founder Sherry Markham was present at the airport, engaging directly with Congresswoman McClellan and ensuring officers had the access and support they needed to participate fully in the conversation.
